Abstract

Describes the 2009 CEO Leadership Forum. The forum brought together some of the best transportation minds in the country to develop action plans to support CEOs and their staffs. This report summarizes the presentations and conversations they had with each other and lists the 20 action plans produced at the forum. This report will help prepare transportation chief executive officers to improve their organization's level of performance management.
