Abstract

This document is to establish a uniform method for use in measuring the evaporative loss factors - deck fittings of floating-roof tanks (internal). A test method involves measuring the weight loss re a test assembly over time. This document specifies the instruments, the test procedures, test apparatus and calculation procedures used. The document may also involve operations, hazardous materials and equipment, it does not purport to address all of the safety problems associated in its use.
