Abstract

Provides air pollution control planners and other interested parties in ozone nonattainment areas with a "menu" of possible control options using the most up-to-date information and accurate analyses for significant sources of VOCs and NOx. The menu provides a preliminary demonstration of how cost-effective packages of attainment strategies and control measures can be developed to reduce volatile organic compound emissions by 15 percent by 1996. Appendices provide a detailed analysis of costs, effectiveness and application limitations.
