Abstract

Describes two key objectives. - To create performance-based requirements that could be made mandatory through regulation, and a means of compliance in support of the mandatory requirements. - To take advantage of existing New Zealand and Australian Standards to articulate minimum requirements for all aspects of distribution networks covered by this Standard tailored for the New Zealand legislative and environment conditions.
