- a nominal life of 1000 h,
- a rated wattage of 25 W to 200 W, inclusive,
- a rated voltage of 100 V to 250 V, inclusive (if marked with a voltage range, not exceeding ±2.5% of the mean voltage),
Note. - In countries in the process of changing from 220 V to 230 V nominal supply voltage, a range of ±3.5% is temporarily accepted.
- bulbs pear shaped or mushroom shaped, - bulbs finished clear or internally frosted, - caps B22d or E27 as set out in Appendix A.
Requirements for batch testing are included to facilitate the assessment of individual batches. Batch testing cannot be used for certification purposes.
