Abstract

Describes a method for the determination of the contents of free alpha-, beta-, gamma- and delta-tocopherols and tocotrienols (referred to jointly as tocols) in animal and vegetable fats and oils (referred to hereinafter as fats) by high-performance liquid chromatography (HPLC).
