Abstract

Gives guidelines for estimating the diameter and the number concentration of monodisperse cadmium chalcogenide (CdTe, CdSe, CdS) quantum dots (QDs) with a narrow size distribution in a colloidal dispersion using Ultraviolet-visible (UV-Vis) absorption spectroscopy.
