Gives the Test Suite Structure (TSS) and Test Purposes (TP) for the test specification for the S1AP protocol on the S1-MME interface as specified in ETSI TS 136 413 in compliance with the relevant requirements and in accordance with the relevant guidance given in ISO/IEC 9646-7 and ETSI ETS 300 406.
