Abstract

Describes the procedures and the Nq and Nq' Application Protocol (Nq-AP) messages used on the Nq/Nq' interfaces between the RAN Congestion Awareness Function (RCAF) and the Mobility Management Entity (MME) or the Serving GPRS Support Node (SGSN).
