Abstract

Describes the extension to the Non-Access Stratum (NAS) Layer peer-to-peer interface (defined in ETSI TS 124 007 and ETSI TS 124 008 of the Family SL satellite radio interface between the Radio Network Controller (RNC) and the User Equipment (UE) used in the satellite network, that is required in order to support MBMS services.
