Abstract

Describes the necessary control plane behaviour for instantiation and initiation of the User Plane entities, and also describes the operation of the User Plane entities for the Family SL satellite radio interface between the Radio Network Controller (RNC) and the User Equipment (UE) used in the satellite network.
