Abstract

Defines the procedures of the Wireless LAN control plane protocol (WLCP) for trusted WLAN access to EPC which is used between User Equipment (UE) and Trusted WLAN Access Gateway (TWAG) for multiconnection mode as specified in 3GPP TS 23.402.
