Specifies the electroacoustic characteristics for handset functions implemented in videotelephony terminals intended for use in the videotelephone teleservice in the Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) using Adaptive Differential Pulse Code Modulation (ADPCM) encoding according to CCITT Recommendation G.722 [1].
