Applies to the first phase of the Service Provider Access Requirements (SPAR) work, aiming primarily at fixed PTNs. This first phase is described by two documents, Service Provider Access Requirements; Enhanced Telephony Services [1] and Network operators requirements for the delivery of service providers access [2]. The present document shows how these requirements can be fulfilled using an Application Programming Interface (API).
