Abstract

Applies to the first phase of the Service Provider Access Requirements (SPAR) work, aiming primarily at fixed PTNs. This first phase is described by two documents, Service Provider Access Requirements; Enhanced Telephony Services [1] and Network operators requirements for the delivery of service providers access [2]. The present document shows how these requirements can be fulfilled using an Application Programming Interface (API).
