Abstract

Describes the electrical characteristics and the functional characteristics for Terminal Equipment (TE) for connection to the Network Termination Point (NTP) of a Public Switched Telephone Network (PSTN) interface providing a protocol over the local loop for display services, based on the protocols defined in EN 300 659-2 [1] and EN 300 659-3 [4].
