Abstract

Describes the basic Radio Link Control (RLC) sublayer of HIPERLAN/2, which is used to control radio association, resources and connection. HIPERLAN type 2 is confined to the two lowest layers of the open systems interconnection (OSI) model, the physical and the data link control layer. The TR 101 683 [21] contains an overall description of the HIPERLAN type 2 system.
