Abstract

Reviews current standards on human centres design approach (ISO 13407) and propose them as a recommendation for the design of telecommunications systems, terminals and services. Reviews the state of the art in usability assessment techniques, summarising all the new methods since the publication of ETR 095, and update all the information in ETR 095. Gives directly usable material for the evaluation of a range of telecommunications services.
