Abstract

Establishes the rules for the management of the Standard GSM GPRS Encryption Algorithm 2 (GEA2). Defines the mangement structure of GEA2. Specifies procedures for delivering the GEA2 to Approved Recikpients and the items to be delivered. Establishes the criteria for approving an organization for receipt of the GEA2 and the responsibilities of an Approved Recipient. Specifies the Confidentiality and Restricted Usage Undertaking to be signed by each Approved Recipient.
