Defines the stage one of the Advice of Charge: charging information at call set-up time (AOC-D) supplementary service for the pan-European Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) as provided by European public telecommunication operators. Specifies the base functionality where the service is given to the user via private ISDN. Defines the interworking of private ISDNs with the public ISDN. Does not cover charging principles.
