Preparing of draft ETSs for mobile Earth Stations of Low Data Rate Systems operating in the Land Mobile Satellite Service (LMSS) and in the Radio Determination Satellite Service (RDSS). L Band operation (i.e. Earth Stations transmitting in the 1.5-1.6 GHz frequency band).
