Preparation of draft ETSs for mobile Earth Stations of Low Data Rate Systems operating in the Land Mobile Satellite Service (LMSS) and in the Radio Determination Satellite Service (RDSS). Ku Band operation (i.e. Earth Stations transmitting in the 14 GHz frequency band).
