Covers test methods and conformance testing for EN 726-3; Identification cards and terminals - Telecommunications circuit(s) cards and terminals - Application independent card requirements. Provides the ICS proforma for Application independent card requirements defined in EN 726-3 [1] in compliance with the relevant requirements, and in accordance with the relevant guidance given in ISO/IEC 9646-7 [4] and ETS 300 406 [2].
