Abstract

Defines the Q3 interface between a Local Exchange (LE) and the Telecommunications Management Network (TMN) for the support of Fault and Performance Management functions for V5 interfaces, as described in EN 300 324-1 [2] and EN 300 347-1 [3], and their associated customer profiles.
