Abstract

Technical characteristics (electrical and mechanical interface requirements and access protocol) which is : a) intended for pan-European approval, and b) capable of connection with two physical wires to the analogue PSTN in Europe, but c) excluding terminal equipment that is capable of carrying the voice telephony justified case in Article 4(g) of Directive 91/263/EEC.
