History
Defines the stage one of the pan-European Integrated Services Digital Network (ISDN) as given by European public telecommunications operators for the Malicious Call Identification (MCID) supplementary service. Specifies the base functionality where the service is given to the user via a private ISDN. Defines the interworking requirements of private ISDNs with the public ISDN. Does not cover charging principles.
