Abstract

Specifies the service requirements for the Digital Advanced Wireless Service (DAWS) Logical Link Control (LLC) layer. It provides a conceptual architecture useful for specifying requirements but is not intended to imply a particular implementation. It contains preliminary LLC protocol requirements which will be moved into the formal LLC protocol specification document (Part 6) when it is drafted.
