Abstract

Applies to all classes of transmitters for sound and television broadcasting, but may not be suitable for low power equipment, simple transmitting systems comprising a small number of controlled equipment and special purpose transmitters. Covers interconnections and facilities for ensuring compatibility between different types and makes of transmitters and supervisory equipment. Does not include any facilities and interconnections not directly associated with the transmitters,eg intruder alarms, mast lighting etc.
