C Bibliography
Addresses standard conditions and measurement methods on television receivers conforming to terrestrial broadcast television standards defined by the ITU-R. These may be used for direct off-air reception, reception via cabled networks or as a monitor for pre-recorded video, home movies and games, together with other applications. Measurements to specified sound channels are not included. Determines performance and allows the comparing of equipment by listing the characteristics useful for specifications and giving uniform measurement methods for these characteristics. Does not define performance requirements.
