Abstract

Gives the minimum requirements and severities which a single-mode connector/cable assembly must satisfy so it can be considered as meeting category U (uncontrolled environment) of IEC 61753-1 which is defined in annex A. Contains optional grades of optical performance for the attenuation random mate and return loss tests.
