Abstract

Deals with the safety of pedestrian-controlled mains-operated electrical lawn scarifiers and aerators with rotating cutters for regenerating lawns by, these scarifiers are designed primarily for use at and around the home or for similar purposes, their rated voltage being not more than 250 V single phase.
