Abstract

Gives guidance for the measurement of the electric-field strength, conductivity, monopolar space-charge, ion-current and net space-charge density in the vicinity of high-voltage d.c. (HVDC) power lines, in converter substations, and apparatus designed to stimulate the HVDC power-line environment.
