Abstract

This document specifies a method for the quantification of four tobacco specific nitrosamines (TSNAs) in tobacco and the following tobacco products: cigarettes, cigars and smokeless tobacco products using reversed phase high performance liquid chromatography with tandem mass spectrometry (LC-MS/MS).
