Abstract

Describes the test method for measuring the 11-mode energy efficiency when a stationary small polymer electrolyte fuel call power generation unit and small solid oxide fuel cell power generation unit are operated by an 11-mode operation pattern in which the power consumption of a standard resistance including starting and stopping is simulated, and the test method for measuring the annual energy consumption when a stationary small polymer Electrolyte fuel.
